A Arrow Alignment

I took my classic Mercedes 560 SL to this shop after replacing the ball joints and rod ends on the car. They were very professional and explained exactly what they did to the car to get it in alignment. I would recommend them for any vehicle you may have.

After inquiring at a few places about suspension work they all referred me to Arrow, that along with a lot of good reviews I decided to give them a try. Called and got a quote and when I called back to get an appointment one was available right away. I dropped my truck off early and was told it would be ready by the afternoon. I was told this on the phone initially and also when I dropped it off. This is really my only complaint about the whole transaction, the communication. I waited until late afternoon for a call and didn't get one, only to have to call and be told it's taking a while and you may not get your truck back. Now I didn't have a problem with this but it could have been bad if I wasn't able to make accommodations to get to work. A simple phone call early would have helped. The next day mid day and no call about completion, again I had to call and find out. When I arrived for pick up they were slammed and I was taken care of promptly. My truck was returned as clean as I left it and the work was done properly. I definitely recommend Arrow and will use them again even if they don't call me.

I was very impressed with my experience at A Arrow Alignment. Immediately after checking in TJ shook my hand and introduced himself. He asked what the issue I was experiencing with my car was and then took it for a test drive. He kept me updated throughout the appointment which was a relief. I was shown the issue firsthand and they wrote up an estimate very promptly. Unfortunately due to personal finances I couldn’t set up the repair that day but will definitely return next paycheck to get this squared away. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrow Alignment is a truly professional workplace, and their employees do their jobs perfectly. Once they identify the problem, they solve it. I definitely recommend Arrow. I am satisfied 😊

I had my Tesla Model Y aligned at A Arrow Alignment, and the experience was very disappointing. Right after the alignment, the car started pulling to the right, and the steering wheel is no longer centered. I have to hold the wheel slightly turned just to drive straight, which defeats the entire purpose of getting an alignment. What made it worse: when I left the shop, I noticed all tires were underinflated. I had to go back again just to have them pump the tires up. That kind of basic oversight feels unprofessional and amateur. Based on my experience, the positive reviews online don’t match reality. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect precise work and proper quality control.
